St Francis Mews, Hambleton

Our first development of five new build homes in rural Lancashire. We acquired the land at the site of the old St Francis of Assisi church on Church Lane in the village of Hambleton, Lancashire.

Nothing too much trouble, every detail carefully considered. The homes were also planned with functionality as intrinsically important as form. The intention was to make the homes as practical for modern family life as they were beautiful to behold, inside and out.

Another key part of their attraction was 'Bespoke' - our intention to let each buyer make significant changes to form, features and functionality when reserving off-plan. This meant that people could really stamp their individuality on each home. And this is why each home is completely unique inside.

Where some see a home office, others see a cinema room. Where some see open landscaped gardens, some see a garden room. Bespoke really allows people to express themselves and create a home that is as functionally fit for purpose as it is stunning to look at.
