Fieldstone Gardens, Stalmine
Our second development of six new build homes in the picturesque rural village of Stalmine, Lancashire.

Our alliance with tried and trusted local architect David Cox continued on the project. WATCH THE INTERVIEW HERE.

The inspiration behind the designs came from a number of seemingly unlikely sources. Large parts of the facades have been crafted in natural sandstone - famous for its longevity and insulating properties. As a point of reference, the Egyptian pyramids are made from the same material. But we don't travel anywhere near as far to source it.

A local quarry in Clitheroe provided us with abundant amounts of beautiful natural buff sandstone, whilst ensuring that our carbon footprint remained as small as was possible. WATCH THE VIDEO HERE.

Other supplier partners include the effortlessly stylish German kitchen appliance brand Gaggenhau and Lusso Stone who provided the bathroom furniture for our 2 flagship homes on the development.

We genuinely believe that no-one else is building homes like this anywhere else in Lancashire. Our intention is to strive for the ultimate fit and finish - right down to the very last detail on every home we build.
